The Rock Harbor Grill is all about great food prepared with fresh, quality ingredients with a passion for flavor and style! Owner Chuck Konner and Head Chef Stuart Hirsch both bring a wealth of fine restaurant experience to this unique Lower Cape establishment.



Chuck, aka Charles, has worked in the hospitality industry for over thirty years. He has worked as a busser, server and as a cook for a short time until they wisely kicked him out of the kitchen. He has been in restaurant management ever since, working in such establishments as: Chatham Bars Inn in 1996 as Director of Catering ,the PM Operations Manager at Wequassett Inn, Manager of Captain Linnell house and many more. He helped open the Roobar in Chatham and opened his first restaurant, the highly successful Corner Store in Chatham, shortly thereafter. He recently sold his half of the Corner Store to his fantastic business partners, Steve and Jim, to open his dream restaurant, the Rock Harbor Grill.


Head Chef

Stuart was the former executive chef at Phusion in Woods Hole and, before that, head chef at Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Stuart believes in using only the freshest, highest quality meats, seafood and vegetables, many locally sourced. He also prepares meals with a discerning taste for culinary perfection.
